Toast is a paninoteca, or authentic Italian sandwich shop, much like those found in the towns and cities throughout Italy. We are inspired by the Italian tradition of simple cooking using seasonal, local ingredients and pairing them with cured meats and cheeses from Italy to create delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads. |
